Palmetto Dunes vacation rentals, like 3530 Villamare, provide luxury and comfort for everyone in your traveling party. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is located oceanfront and has sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean from the balconies outside both bedrooms and the main living area.
When entering the villa, guests will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living/dining area. This bright and beachy villa offers Italian tile floors throughout and mirrored walls which create “panoramic views” of the ocean. The living room boasts a 40” flat screen television with DVD player. The updated kitchen offers views of the living area and ocean beyond. There is a breakfast bar with 2 stools and also a dining table that seats 4 comfortably.
The master bedroom, located just off the living area, has a king bed, an updated bathroom with silestone/quartz counter tops, custom cabinets and all new fixtures, as well as a separate room with a glass enclosed shower and toilet. You also have access to the balcony that is shared with the living room from the master bedroom. The guest bedroom which is to the left when entering the villa has 2 queen beds, a wooden table for 2 which you can use as a work space, and an updated private bath with shower only. This bedroom has its own private balcony with 4 chairs for taking in the ocean views after a long day at the beach. Both bedrooms have keyed in-room safes in the closet for an extra amenity.
Guests staying in the Villamare complex have access to all the amenities the Palmetto Dunes community has to offer. These include world class tennis facilities, excellent golf courses, and beach facilities at the Dunes house.
