3433 Villamare is a 4th floor, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 3-balcony villa in the premier oceanfront resort of Villamare. You will enjoy beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach from each window and balcony. This villa has one of the closest accesses in Villamare to the ocean and overlooks the swimming pool.

The spacious, open floor design allows for ocean views from almost every room. It is tastefully decorated with beach décor, calming gray walls, and beige Porcelain tiled floors. The kitchen has been redesigned to a larger, open flow and includes a 4′ x 7′ island with seating for four. There is a 30% increase in counter space, all new granite, an added 4′ wide pantry, new maple cabinets with 50% more cabinet space, and full-size stainless-steel appliances including a front-loading Electrolux washer and dryer.

The kitchen opens to the spacious living room where there is a gray sofa, matching love seat, two armchairs, and a mounted 55″ TV. The added dining room area has a table with four seats plus a bench seat. There is access to the outdoor balcony where there is a round table that seats four plus one Adirondack chair. Take your glass of wine and charcuterie board out here and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean.

Off the living room to the right is a bedroom featuring a king bed with a built-in headboard painted blue, a 32″ TV, and access to a private, covered balcony where there are two Adirondack rocking chairs. A great place to have your morning coffee as you wake up to the sunrise. The private bathroom has double granite topped vanities and a tiled walk-in shower. On the other side of the dining room is another bedroom that features light blue walls, a king bed, and mounted 32″ TV. The ensuite bathroom has a single granite topped vanity and a tiled walk-in shower. The final bedroom can be found to the right of the entrance. This room has sand brown walls, two queen beds, a white rocking chair, and a 32″ TV. There is access to a private covered balcony that has four chairs. The private bathroom has double granite topped vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub.

This redesigned villa has fresh paint throughout, all new furniture, new bedding, crown molding, news doors, and new lighting. No detail has been overlooked. You will surely find this villa meets all your vacation needs!

Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.

Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th – May 1st and October 15th – December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.}

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
