The Leading Ladies of The Vacation Company

Posted by HH360 on May 20, 2021

For more than 30 years, Vacation Company has been defining the ideal in Hilton Head Island vacations, with a portfolio of hundreds of vacation rentals with homes and villas to suit anyone’s dream getaway. While the sheer variety of options they offer would be enough to put them in a class by themselves, it’s their commitment to service that truly sets them apart. Each rental property is watched over by a trio of professionals, one Internal Property Manager and two External Property Managers, to ensure no detail is overlooked.

Beyond their service, they  have proven themselves a leader in technology and marketing for properties, utilizing cutting edge web-based tools to showcase properties to the world and to keep all of the vacation rental properties safe and secure with internet-controlled door locks and systems.

However, technology and dedication alone aren’t enough to make an experience truly memorable. It takes people, and the people are perhaps one of their  biggest strengths. Among the many friendly faces and tireless professionals who have helped set Vacation Company apart over the last 30 years, you’ll find their leading ladies front and center.

Beth Henzler was the first employee with the company  and eventually became part owner along with Bob Hawkins. She has overseen the administration and processes during a period of explosive growth, nurturing it from a collection of 13 private vacation rental  homes and villas to today’s expansive portfolio of almost 400 vacation rental properties. Her expertise, tenacity and experience have played a tremendous role in the company’s continued success, but for her it’s all about the experiences they create.

When asked what she felt was the most rewarding part of her job, Henzler replied, “I feel that assisting guests with creating memories that they will remember for years to come and building relationships with our homeowners, and with knowing that they trust and depend on us.”

As broker-in-charge of the entire  portfolio of vacation rental properties, Tiffany Woollacott is tasked with not only ensuring owners enjoy a return on their investment, but also with delivering the utmost in service to guests. Having been with the company for nearly 20 years, she too has helped usher in this period of expansive growth while ensuring every customer has the best experience.

“I enjoy the relationships that I create with both the property owners and rental guests, in assisting owners with the management of their property and in assisting guests with choosing the perfect vacation spot,” said Woollacott. She further added that “watching people that are happy is such a joy especially when it is at one of our Beachfront rentals in Hilton Head.”

These two leading ladies, as well as all the leading ladies at Vacation Company, are vital to the firm’s success and a key part of what sets this short-term rental and property management firm apart.

Don’t take our word for it;
take our owners’!

“We couldn’t be happier with The Vacation Company. They have far exceeded our expectations with rental revenue and customer service. After a blowout first year of rentals in 2019, 2020 was even better.”
– Paul & Veronica

“I have Vacation Company as my rental agency. I previously had three other companies but they do not come close to providing my guests, and us, the best customer service there is.”
– Dale
