1510 Villamare is 2 bedroom 2 bath villa located on the 5th floor with great ocean views. When entering the villa the bedroom on the left hand side has two Queen beds and a TV. The large soaking tub and vanity are open to the bedroom. The shower and toilet can be closed off for privacy. This bedroom also has access to the balcony for your enjoyment and views of the ocean.

Located on the right hand side there is another bedroom with a King bed, Flat screen TV and DVD player. As in the other bedroom, the soaking tub and vanity are open to the bedroom. The shower and toilet can be closed off for privacy. This bedroom has covered French Doors that lead to the living room and can be closed for privacy.

The kitchen has tiled counter top and floors with white appliances.The stackable washer and dryer are located in a closet in the kitchen.The kitchen comes fully equipped for preparing meals. The dining room is located near the kitchen with a very nice glass top table and seating for 6.

The living room has a soft tan leather sofa and loveseat along with a Flat screen TV for your enjoyment. There is a sliding door that leads outside to the balcony with a table and 5 chairs.
