This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa has been completely updated with a fully-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, new plank-style floors, and granite countertops with a breakfast bar for 3. There is a new wood dining table with five chairs and bench seating to accommodate 8 guests. The living room offers a 42″ SMART TV, Blu Ray player, comfortable couch, oversized chair, and sliding door to the private 3rd-floor balcony.

The guest bedroom is off the living area to the left and has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed, new flooring, a 40″ SMART TV, balcony access, and a private bathroom featuring granite countertops, custom cabinets, and a tiled shower/jetted tub. The master suite is off the living area to the right and has new flooring, a king-sized bed, a 40″ SMART TV, and a private bath with granite countertops, custom cabinets, and a spacious tiled master shower with two shower heads and a seat.

Beautiful sunrises can be seen from the balcony of this lovely villa. There is also a new Twin Aero bed available for additional guest use.
