2213 Windsor II is an upscale 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Palmetto Dunes that offers spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Beautifully decorated with a tropical flair, the balcony overlooks a gorgeous grass yard with tropical landscaping, two swimming pools, including a zero entry children's pool, and majestic trees.
The villa was recently remodeled with designer finishes including an updated, fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new fixtures, and recessed lights. The master bath has a new granite countertop, upgraded tile floor and fixtures. All ceilings in the villa have been redone for a bright, airy feel – no popcorn ceilings!
This second floor villa features tile floors from the entryway, throughout the kitchen and dining room. The fully equipped remodeled kitchen has a granite breakfast bar with 3 cane stools, double sinks, and a separate laundry room. Whether guests are preparing food in the kitchen, enjoying a meal with the family, or relaxing in the living room, they can see the breath-taking view of the ocean. The dining room is to the right of the front entrance, and has a large glass table on a bamboo base, and 6 high-back wood chairs. In the living room, guests can relax on the rattan cushioned chairs and matching sofa while enjoying their favorite program on the 40 inch flat screen TV with DVD. The balcony can be accessed from both the living room and the guest room, and provides a table for four. Take in a sunrise while drinking your morning coffee. The master bedroom is to the right of the living area and has a king bed with an ultra suede comforter and decorative pillows, bamboo chair, and a flat screen TV. With 3 large windows, guests can appreciate the yard below with an oasis of plants surrounding a lagoon, and the dramatic view of the ocean. There is a walk-in closet, and a remodeled private bath with a sunken tub and separate glass-enclosed shower. 2213 Windsor II has great bedroom separation with a door to close just beyond the kitchen. The guest bedroom is on the opposite side of the villa, and has 2 Double beds, a bamboo chair, and a small flat screen TV. There is a hall closet, as well as a hall bathroom with a combination tub/shower.
