The sliding door opens to a backyard patio where there is a patio loveseat, two chairs, and a gas grill. The back patio offers serene views of the lush landscaping and golf course. The brand-new seating area is the perfect spot to enjoy an al-fresco dinner or a nice glass of wine.

To the left, as you enter, are the two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed, 32″ TV, his and hers closets, and access to the patio. Queens Grant has on-site pools that are open from April-September. Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish.
