6207 Hampton is the largest and closest villa to the ocean – 2 BR plan w/ 150 sq. ft. more than the standard Hampton 2 BR plan. It has direct oceanfront views from the open living, dining,and kitchen area.The living area has a queen sofabed, loveseat, 2 swivel chairs, HD TV with DVR, and dry bar area with many books, puzzles and CD/radio player for that ocassional rainy day or evening family game night! The dining area is open to a completely redone kitchen with stone counters, bar stools, stainless steel appliances, and is very fully equipped. A large laundry room is off the kitchen.
The direct oceanfront master bedroom has a king bed, HD TV, and 2 closets including a large walk-in. The master bath has a large whirlpool tub, separate shower, and expansive counter with dual sinks. The 2nd bedroom area off kitchen is very private and can serve as a 2nd master. It can be either 2 extralong "Marriott style" twins or made up as 1 king. It opens to the oceanfront balcony and has HD TV. The bath has a whirlpool tub/shower and large counter with 2 sinks.
A large walk-in closet completes the area.
The grounds of the Hampton Place complex are extensive with pools, including a children's pool, hot tub, gas BBQ and dining area, gazebo, boardwalk to the beach and private fitness center. Bike paths and a Palmetto Dunes shuttle during most seasons connect to golf courses, kayak and canoe facilities, shopping, and restaurants.
