3301 Sea Crest is a fantastic 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa on Hilton Head Island with spectacular panoramic oceanfront views. Located on the third floor, this designer decorated corner villa boasts ocean views from most rooms. Large windows offer fabulous views of two oceanfront swimming pools, lush tropical landscaping, and tall palm trees that surround the Sea Crest Resort. Travertine tiled floors lead from the foyer to the kitchen and throughout the dining and living room area. Guests will appreciate the great bedroom separation. All the bedrooms are carpeted and every room is well-appointed to make this the perfect Hilton Head vacation rental.
From the front entrance of the villa, there is a nicely decorated bedroom on the left with a king bed with pillow-top mattress, small flat screen TV, walk-in closet and a couch to sit and read your favorite book. Guests in this room have a slight lagoon view. The private tiled bath has a generous sized vanity and glass door walk-in shower. The second bedroom, on the right, has 2 queen beds. A soothing color scheme, coupled with a wonderful view of the water gardens and a partial view of the ocean, will make this room a favorite. There is a small flat screen TV with DVD, a walk-in closet, and a cushioned chair. The private tiled bath has a large double vanity, combination tub/shower, and a water closet with a window with a view of the water gardens.
The Master Suite is located to the left of the kitchen. This master suite can be accessed through a small children’s room with a twin trundle bed and doors on either side for privacy. The master bedroom has magnificent oceanfront views and a sliding door out to the large balcony that is also shared with the living room. It offers a king bed, a large TV with DVD, and heavy drapes so you can block out the light and sleep in late! The suite has a huge walk-in closet, a private bath with a sunken Jacuzzi tub, separate glass shower, double vanity, and water closet.
Guests will love the bright sunny kitchen with its extra window and a superb view of the swimming pool and Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen is adjacent to both the dining area and the living room, and has grey Corian counters, stainless refrigerator, and double sinks. A little desk is provided for writing postcards to friends about your fantastic vacation! Start out your day at the breakfast bar, which has 4 high back wood chairs, and then sit outdoors on the deck off the dining area. There’s nothing better than watching the sunrise! The dining area features a round glass table on a rattan base, and 4 wood high back cushioned chairs. Next to it is a game table for two, checkers included.
The main living area, which can be seen from the front door, offers seating for everyone. After a fun day at the beach, it will be great to relax and watch your favorite movie on the large wall-mounted HDTV and DVD player. Enjoy a wonderfully comfortable sectional couch with lots of pillows and an over-sized armchair. There is a marble top coffee table on a bamboo base and a palm frond fan above to keep you cool. A second deck off to the left will provide a dramatic ocean view.
