Unbelievable, direct ocean views can be seen from this beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa. Located on the fourth floor overlooking pool, this villa features a light and bright decor. New updates recently include a brand new seating for 8 dining room table, new balcony ceiling fans to enjoy the stunning ocean views, a new flat cooktop stove, a new recliner in the spacious living room and all new comforters on all beds and newly painted to give it a fresh, coastal look!
The master suite located to the right of the living area has a King bed and a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub, double vanity and a separate shower. There is also a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and access to the balcony shared with living room. The second bedroom located off the kitchen has a Queen bed and a twin daybed with twin trundle, and flat screen. It also has its own private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, glassed in separate shower and double vanity. The large third bedroom is on the left as you enter the condo and has two Queen beds, and a small glass topped table and two chairs, perfect for writing postcards, or planning the next days activities. This bedroom has access to a private balcony where a chaise lounge and separate chair make the perfect spot to take in the fabulous view of the beach and ocean. This bedroom also has it's own private bathroom complete with double sinks and a Jacuzzi tub.
The spacious living/dining area provides access to the balcony which is shared with the master bedroom. The entire living, dining and kitchen area is all tiled. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a raised bar area with seating four, with brand new bar stools. The nearby dining area features an octagonal shaped table with 6 comfortable chairs on rollers, making this the perfect spot for dining for playing games. The large living area offers two full size couches, and an oversized leather recliner/rocker. There is also a sizable desk (brand new!) area with comfortable chair for getting a little work done or staying in touch with family and friends. A huge flat screen TV make this the perfect area for all to gather and relax!
