29 Sandpiper is a fantastic 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom home located in the North Forest Beach area of Hilton Head that is only 55 steps to the beach! It is perfect for large family get-togethers offering plenty of space for everyone with a pool and yard that is made for entertaining.

Upon arrival, a large circular drive provides plenty of parking. Under the deck on the side of the garage is a table for six, a ping pong table, a triple size picnic table, and a bar that has a mini fridge and seating for five. A great place to relax in the shade after soaking up the rays at the pool and beach. The entrance to the pool and yard is through an iron gate that just exudes southern charm. The side yard features a pool and spa, with a seating alcove nestled under oaks and palms. An outdoor shower is available for getting the sand out of your toes and there is a new gas Nexgrill covered by a pergola on the upper deck.

As you look at the side pool yard, the entire scene looks like vacation paradise in a nutshell. With the two porches overlooking the pool, beach chairs lining the pool, the old brick grills, and picnic tables, there are so many ways to enjoy your time outside at this home!

As you enter the home you will notice the gorgeous hardwood floors, coastal blue scheme with tan accents, beautiful artwork throughout, all that captures the essence of the beach perfectly. The spacious open floor plan with kitchen, dining room, and two separate seating areas offers plenty of room for everyone in your group. The dining room has a large, glass topped table with five chairs plus a bench seat. In the fully equipped kitchen, there are dark granite counters with beautiful blue & white tiled backsplash, stainless steel appliances including the Frigidaire Professional refrigerator, an island that has six bar stools, and a wine fridge. The other counter has a separate ice maker and flat top stove. In the living room there is a sectional couch that opens to a sleeper sofa, a cushioned window bench seat, a mounted 75″ UHD Smart TV, and there is a nice tray ceiling above. On the other side of the room is a comfortable seating area perfect for quiet conversation and relaxing after a day in the sun. This area offers a tan queen sleeper sofa, a matching love seat, two armchairs, and a fireplace. Outside the front door, on the deck overlooking the pool, is a patio love seat and two chairs.

Off the sitting area is what can be considered the children’s wing (but can also accommodate adults) where there are two carpeted bedrooms with a bathroom that has a single bowl vanity and a tub/shower combo. The first bedroom has mint green walls, a twin over full bunkbed with trundle, a 40″ mounted TV, and a door to a small outside deck overlooking the back yard. The second bedroom has light blue walls, a twin over full bunkbed with trundle, a 42″ mounted TV, and a door to a small outside deck overlooking the back yard. This wing of the home is great for a big group of friends or cousins to bundle up together and recount stories from earlier in the day at the beach, while the adults can unwind with a glass of wine or watch a movie. There is also a bedroom across from the front entrance. This room is carpeted with yellow walls and features a king bed and mounted TV. There is a door to a small outside deck that looks out to the front yard. The private bathroom has a single bowl vanity and a walk-in shower.

Upstairs is a wide, open landing space overlooking the living area below that has a circular tray ceiling and contains a seating/den area with red queen sleeper sofa and two chairs, along with a large wall mounted flat screen TV. At the end of this room is an alcove containing a desk with wall-to-wall windows with view of ocean. This is a great space to hang out and enjoy some time with each other with great panoramic views of the sunset behind you. There is access to a deck as well that has a patio love seat and two chairs overlooking the pool.

Off this area are three more bedrooms as well as a full-size laundry room complete with Samsung front loading washer and dryer. To the left is a large master bedroom with tray ceiling, olive green walls with aqua accents, a king bed, a 55″ mounted TV, and a reading chair by the window. Perfect for quiet moments reading or planning the next day’s activities. Dark wood furniture completes the stylish decor. A private bath with huge tub, his and her separate vanities, and separate shower, along with walk-in closet, separate water closet, skylights and vaulted ceiling add to the feel of this sanctuary.

On past the den on left is another King bedroom painted with serene blue walls accented with white furniture, paisley shades of blue with silver accent lamps, and wall mounted flat screen TV. A private bath has a shower only, skylights and vanity with glass bowl sink. The final bedroom is also a Master King with dark furniture ,warm neutral gray walls, a bay window wall alcove with cushioned rattan chair/ottoman, and a 52″ TV, the perfect place to put your feet up after a busy, fun-filled day. A private bath features 2 separate granite topped vanities with white raised sinks, jetted tub & separate walk-in shower with bench, and separate water closet.
