Welcome to 3 Wanderer Lane, a gorgeous elevated two story home that is only steps from the beach, located in North Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island! This home has been updated and is gorgeous! From the moment you walk up the steps and enter the home you will be excited.
The great room is inviting and open to the dining areas and kitchen. The furnishing are beautiful, plenty of seating, a large flat screen TV located over the fireplace, warm wood floors and plenty of sunshine beaming in from the wall of windows make this room so comfortable and inviting. The kitchen is large, well equipped and is open to the first floor making this the perfect kitchen if you must cook while on vacation. There is also a sunny breakfast room with a large farm table and wicker chairs located off the kitchen that overlooks the spacious pool area.
There are 2 master suites located on the first floor of the home, the bedrooms have newer furniture, nice linens and accessories along with flat screen TVs, private baths with large tubs. There is a half bath and a laundry room with full sizes appliances also located on this floor. Upstairs at the landing area is an additional seating area with a sofa, additional seating and TV making this the perfect kids retreat in the home. The additional 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor along with 2 bathrooms. The bedding upstairs consist of a king, 4 twin beds and a queen, 2 of the bedrooms have TVs and all are beautifully furnished and decorated.
The home is located only steps from the pristine beach on Hilton Head and a short bike ride to Coligny Plaza and the tennis courts. There is a private pool at the home, a large pool deck, a dining area and gas grill are also located poolside. Parking is permitted in the attached garage, additional parking space available in the driveway at the home.
