1401 Villamare is a completely renovated 4th floor villa with breathtaking oceanfront views. When entering this villa the main living area, kitchen, dining and master bedroom are to your right. The new kitchen has been completely renovated with stainless appliances, granite counters and walnut cabinets. There is a granite breakfast bar that seats four. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen. The dining room has a gorgeous walnut table with six seats.

The living room, dining area and both balconies offer magnificent oceanfront views. The balcony off the living room is shared with the master bedroom. There is a table and three chairs to sit with a glass of iced tea and watch the dolphins play. The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa and two very comfortable chairs facing a 42” flat screen TV hung on the wall. New artwork, area rugs & curtains help to make this a truly coastal chic getaway for you and your family and friends!

The bedrooms have great separation all new bedding effective 1/2/2020. The king master bedroom is located on the right side of the dining room and is decorated in rich earth tones featuring a 26” flat screen TV and a private bath. The bath has an ornate walnut double vanity and a shower with three heads. The sliding glass door from this bedroom leads to the balcony shared with the living room and has a striking view of the ocean and the pool.

The second bedroom, with two Queen beds, is located on the opposite side of the living area. This bedroom has its own private balcony and a private bathroom with a granite and walnut double vanity with a tub/shower combination.

This villa is truly one of a kind beach property on Hilton Head Island, with all of the upgrades you would expect in a luxury villa.
