113 Barrington Court in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes community is a wonderful, ocean-front 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa on the first floor of the Barrington Court complex. Each bedroom has gorgeous ocean views, not to mention the amazing views from the living room and dining area. The star of the show is definitely the deck which has sweeping views of the ocean and you can enjoy a cup of coffee with the sound of the waves crashing just beyond your villa. Every bedroom has access to the deck as well as the living room. The living area has been completely refurbished with coastal colored decor, a sleeper sofa, and a matching love seat. A flat screen 45" TV is mounted over the decorative fireplace for your enjoyment. This room is bright and spacious, with tons of windows and obviously the room is oriented towards the ocean views. Part of the living room is the dining area which offers a glass topped dining table, sixwood chairs with cushioned seats and backs. An amoirie hold glassware.
The U-shaped kitchen has attractive cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and is open to the dining and living areas. Even standing in the kitchen, the chef will have beach and ocean views. The master bedroom offers windows with beautiful views, a king bed, and a chair and end table, as well as a Flat Screen 38"TV, and a DVD Player. The newly renovated master bath has a separate sink vanity area with granite countertops and private bath with newly renovated walk in shower. The second bedroom also offers spectacular views with two walls of windows. Here you will find an upholstered queen bed, chest and bookshelves, end tables and TV with a DVD Player. The private bath has a shower. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and an oceanfront view as well as access to the balcony. The bath servicing this bedroom has a combination shower and tub and may be privately accessed or entered via the hallway to these two bedrooms.
