30 Heath Drive, in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes, is a short 10 minute walk to the beach. Lounge around our private pool, deck and patio area as you look out onto the 2nd hole of the Fazio Golf Course. This incredible, modern beach home is a fabulous setting for your next getaway!
As you enter the house, you will be amazed by views from the spacious, two-story Great Room overlooking the pool and golf course. An open living area connects the Great Room with the Dining Room and Kitchen. With a wall of large windows and the open floor plan, the space feels airy and bright! The Great Room has 2 sofas and a chair, TV, DVD player and a view of the golf course. The Kitchen is spacious with a large eat-in area that is in a nook of windows that provide plenty of sunshine and counter bar with seating for three. This spot is great for the family to watch the chef as he or she creates a wonderful dinner for all! The separate Dining Room that seats 8, overlooks the pool and golf course, creating a great setting to eat in! In addition, on the main floor is a separate 1/2 bath and laundry room with a new washer and dryer. You will love how light, bright and airy this floor plan is, bringing the outdoors in with all of the windows and the skylight in the kitchen!
The house is designed such that the first floor bedrooms are set a part from the living area for noise reduction; they are all located down the hallway to the right side of the house. This makes it easy to relax and enjoy a calming vacation. There is a total of 4 bedrooms. All 4 bedrooms have a bathroom (the 2 Queen bedrooms share a recently renovated Jack-n-Jill bathroom) and cable TVs with DVD players. Three bedrooms are on the main floor and the one in the loft upstairs has 2 twins and its own bathroom. The Master bedroom is spacious with a king bed and a sitting area. The Master bedroom also has a dressing area and giant walk-in closet. The Master bath has a bath tub with a separate shower, great for unwinding after a long day at the beach! The master bath also has its own private access to an outside sitting area. The two other bedrooms on the main floor are spacious with multiple closets and they each have a queen bed. The Jack-n-Jill bathroom has a separate vanity area from the tub and shower. The fourth bedroom is upstairs and has twin beds and its own bathroom including a shower. There is also a convenient half bath located off of the hallway near the open living area.
There’s a great pool to enjoy in the backyard, whether catching some rays, or watching golfers as they tee off!
