This quintessential North Forest Beach bungalow has been beautifully remodeled, has a great kitchen, screened porch and is just a stone’s throw away from the beach and sand in your toes. Tucked away on a beautifully landscaped lot with lush foliage, exotic plants, and fruit trees it is the perfect oasis for a memorable family vacation!

As you enter this single family, ranch style home, to the right you will have the open family room, dining area and kitchen all with tiled floors. The living room offers a coastal blue sofa, two arm chairs, a fireplace and a 55” Samsung TV. This room opens to the dining area where there is a round glass topped table with four blue leather chairs and a gorgeous beaded chandelier. Just off the dining area is the updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a Frigidaire Professional refrigerator and flat top stove, granite countertops and seating for four at the breakfast bar. Inside the kitchen corner is an Electrolux front loading washer and dryer set. Behind the dining room there are sliding glass doors that open to the screened-in porch that has a palm frond ceiling fan, L-shaped couch, two accent chairs and a 43” mounted Samsung TV.

Outside is a large fenced in back yard that has beautiful landscaping and is very peaceful and tranquil. Relax by the pool on the patio couch, arm chair or one of the four lounge chairs. Enjoy a barbeque meal cooking on the Blue Royal Gourmet grill then sit at the high top table that seats four. There is even a mounted 43” SMART TV to catch your favorite sports game or watch a movie while enjoying the outside air.

Back inside, to the left of the front door, are the three bedrooms all with gray wood floors. In the hall there is a bathroom with a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. The first guest bedroom on the left has a twin over double bunk bed and a mounted 43” SMART TV. The second guest bedroom has a king bed and mounted 43” SMART TV. These two rooms share the hall bathroom. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom with king bed, 50″ SMART and private bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. This bedroom has views of the back yard.
