5 Long Boat is a magnificent, Architecture Digest-worthy home, 2nd row home, only 30 steps to the Atlantic Ocean on 3 levels in the world famous Palmetto Dunes. With lush tropical landscaping and a circular driveway surrounding a beautiful dolphin water fountain , guests will feel the inviting atmosphere of a tropical resort. Located next to the beach path, the large swimming pool and separate spa offer the utmost in privacy with high hedges and an outdoor shower. There is a gas grill for cooking outdoors and extending your time in the sun!
The living room, kitchen, dining area and Master Bedroom are all located on the 2nd level. Beautifully designed and decorated 5 Long Boat has marble and wood floors, custom cabinets and a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops. There is a flat stove, a new stainless steel refrigerator and an additional island cook top. Also has a wine fridge to help you enjoy many happy hours with friends and family! Guests can start their day at the breakfast bar which has three gorgeous wood barstools.. The living room boasts a 42 inch flat screen, surround sound TV, leather furniture and stunning coffered ceilings. A half bath is also located on this level for guest’s convenience.
A screened porch is adjacent to the living room with a table seating 4 in addition to other seating, overlooking the pool. Guests will delight in the multi-level covered decks, perfect for soaking in the ambiance of the Low Country.
On the entrance first level of the house the family room has a sleeper sofa, wet bar, mini fridge, microwave and TV. This room also has double doors that can be closed making an additional private room for guests. Anyone staying in the family room can use the 1/2 bath down the hall. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and private bath on that level. Five steps up lead guests to an alcove with two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and gorgeous private bathroom with shower only. The other bedroom has 2 bunk beds and a lovely private bath with tub/shower combination.
The Master Bedroom suite on the 2nd level features a king bed with a his and her walk-in closet, private deck overlooking the pool, and an elegant private bath with sunken whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, double vanity and separate toilet. 5 Long Boat is the perfect retreat for your family and friends and you will be sure to re-book this year after year.
