4 Strath is a wonderful vacation home in Palmetto Dunes with 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths and one half bath. It has a beautiful view of the lagoon in the backyard, and is just a short walk to the beach!

As you enter the home, you are greeted with a small sitting area and a winding staircase to the upstairs. To your right you will find a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a private bath. Passing this room there is a half bath on your right as you head to the main living room area. The living room and kitchen share a large open space, filled with natural sunlight from the windows along the entire back of the home giving a great view of the pool and lagoon in the backyard. The living room features a large couch with room for 6-7 people and two arm chairs for additional seating.

The kitchen is spacious and open with tons of counter space and a sit in bar with seating for 4 as well as a dining area with seating for 6 and a breakfast nook with seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful countertops, and all stainless steel appliances.

As you head upstairs, there are two more queen bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. You will also find the second master bedroom with it’s own master bathroom and a private balcony. There is a small seating area in the master with windows to check out the scenery outside and sit down with a book and relax. There is also a washer and dryer on this level, as well.

Finally, there is a loft bedroom on the top floor with one full bed and two twin beds. This is a great space for the kids to hang out and play in with lots of space and a table perfect for a puzzle or coloring.

There’s tons of outdoor spaces at 4 Strath, both screened in and fully outdoor. There’s a screened in porch off of the living area on the main floor with lots of seating— perfect for a morning coffee or getting out of the sun while still enjoying the fresh air! There is an outdoor dining area, off of the screened in porch with seating for 6 people, great for an outdoor lunch, or cookout! On the opposite side of the screened in porch there is a cool little hanging wicker chair that’s perfect for reading a book and watching the kids play in the pool! The large kidney shaped pool has great areas of shade and sun! Just beyond the pool is your own private dock, a great spot for catching some rays or catching some fish!

4 Strath is an awesome home with so many amazing spaces for indoor and outdoor enjoyment!
