Welcome to 184 Mooring Buoy!
Beautiful, lush landscaping sets the backdrop for a relaxing vacation home away from home. The multi-tiered stairs usher guests into this calming retreat. The light blue walls and white trim creates a serene atmosphere as soon as you enter.
The main floor has multiple living spaces. Straight ahead as you enter the home, is a cozy sitting room with a wall of windows and views of the Robert Trent Jones golf course. Just off of the sitting room is a dining room with the same views and a table to accommodate 6 guests. The dining room opens up to the kitchen area with marble counter tops and upgraded appliances. There is also a breakfast area with seating for 4. On the other side of the kitchen is the open Carolina room with a large flat screen television, perfect for family evenings.
Just off the dining room is a screened in porch with additional seating and access to the pool area. This outdoor space is perfect for the whole family with lounge chairs, propane grill and a dining table that seats 6. It is also another great spot to watch the golfers.
Also on the main floor are two bedrooms. The first bedroom, on the right, as you enter the property features a queen size bed and on-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. Just down the hall is the master bedroom, with a king size bed and on-suite bathroom featuring a double sink and separate tub and shower with walk-in closet and golf course views.
Upstairs is a quaint loft space with a twin/trundle and a separate bedroom with two pyramid bunks (twin over full size). The on-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Just a short walk to the ocean, this home is the perfect location to sit back and relax!
DIRECTIONS TO THE BEACH: From your property, take a left on Mooring Buoy towards the beach access path at Night Harbor.
