1715 Bluff Villas is a beautifully updated one bedroom, 3rd floor villa. This villa has tile flooring throughout and an updated kitchen. With the open floor plan and queen sleeper sofa, this is the perfect villa for a couple or a small family. Coastal colors and touches make this a beautiful place to relax and come back to year after year!

The dining room has a black table with glass top and seats four. There is a beautiful hutch decorated in navy blue and white with some orange accents. The living room has a Navy blue queen sleeper sofa and two white chairs plus a 43″ TV with DVD player. Relax on the cushioned chairs out on the serene balcony, with access from either the living room or the bedroom, with lush views and partial ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove and beautiful black granite countertops. Stacked washer and dryer are discreetly hidden in the closet in the hall outside of the bathroom. Bathroom has an over-sized tub/shower combo with a double vanity. The master suite has a king bed and 32″ TV.

Bluff Villas are in the South Beach area at the very tip of Sea Pines Plantation. Here, guests are only a two-minute walk from the beach. You’ll also enjoy lovely views of Braddock Cove and the Calibogue Sound.
