A must stay! A wonderful transformation has taken place as this home now features a beautiful open floor plan with a top notch gourmet kitchen and island. The main level of the home has a large, spacious living area that has plenty of seating for your entire family, a large flat panel TV and DVD, and flows nicely into the kitchen. There is a dining table located near the front door with seating for 8. This living area also provides access to the brand new upstairs deck with Trek-style flooring where the propane grill and a table with seating for 6 people are located. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with magnificent granite island has plenty of counter space and tile floors. Just off the kitchen is an additional dining room with a round table that seats 8. There is a sliding glass door leading to the deck and the stairs lead down to an all-new covered patio area with stone floors and ceiling fans that is perfect for entertaining and leading directly to the pool. You’ll love the gorgeous hardwood floors in all the bedrooms and magnificent tiles and vanities in each bathroom.
The first of two Master bedrooms is located just off the living area on the main level. The bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, slider to the deck and a private bathroom with large separate shower and a tub. The third bedroom on this level has two Twin beds, a private bathroom with shower/tub combo and access to the upstairs deck.
