This adorable 3 bedroom/3 bath villa is perfect for your next getaway with the family or friends! Walking distance to Harbour Town and a short ride to the beach, you get the best of both worlds in this Sea Pines location.

As you enter the villa, the beautifully updated kitchen is to your right, complete with a granite island, stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, all very tastefully done, while being fully-stocked and functional. There is tile flooring throughout the entire villa, which makes it very cool and clean looking! The vaulted ceilings help to add to the openness of the villa.

The kitchen opens up to the dining area which seats 6 and overlooks the gorgeous 10th hole of the Harbour Town Golf Links and a lagoon and also to the living area, which makes this a great open area to socialize in. There is plenty of seating in the living room and has bright open windows that look out to the deck and golf course views. The deck is an extension of the indoors, as you have another table that comfortably seats 8 for dining or game playing.

There is a master king bedroom on the first floor, with an adjoining bathroom, that you can access from either the bedroom or the hallway. Upstairs are the additional 2 bedrooms. They each have their own private bathrooms. The 1st bedroom is a king size bedroom and the 2nd bedroom has a full bed plus a bunk bed, with the bottom bunk being a full size bed.

Another great perk of this villa is you are right across the parking lot from the pool, less than a 1 minute walk and you are right there!
