Located in the highly desirable South Beach area of Sea Pines Plantation, this spectacular Cape Cod duplex has magnificent views of Calibogue Sound.

This home has an open floor plan with beautiful views of the Sound. Dark hardwood floors are in the living room and dining room while the kitchen and Carolina room are both tiled. This home has lots of tropical style décor making you feel like you are on a beach vacation. The living room has a red L-shaped couch, two accent chairs, fireplace and a nice armoire with a 40″ SMART TV, DVD player and some books.

The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove and granite counter tops. It is fully equipped for any meal you may wish to prepare. There are three high bar stools at the kitchen island to sit and watch the chef prepare your favorite meal. The dining room is located next to the kitchen and has a large wooden table with 8 matching chairs. Next to the dining room is a lovely Carolina room with lots of windows, including two sky lights. This is a great place to enjoy the view of the water. There is a nice wicker loveseat and matching sofa plus one chair making this room very comfortable for relaxing and enjoying your morning coffee.

Located on the first floor is the Master bedroom carpeted with a King bed, accent chair and 32″ TV. The private bathroom has a single vanity and walk-in shower. Upstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms and the laundry room. The washer and dryer are in the closet at the top of the stairs. On the left hand side of the landing is a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a new 32″ SMART TV, plus a private bath with a pedestal sink and tub/shower combo. The second bedroom upstairs is located on the right hand side of the landing and has a lovely decorated room with King size bed, 40″ TV, views of the Sound and a private bath with a pedestal sink and tub/shower combo.

The large outdoor deck has bench seating and a table that seats four. There is a Char-Broil grill for you to BBQ a nice meal while enjoying the sunsets, boats coming and going or the dolphins playing in their natural habitat.

The Lands End complex features an on-site pool and 2 private parking spaces per property. You are also a short walk or bike ride to the beach and South Beach Marina Village shops, restaurants, water activities and nightly entertainment.
