Unlike many Hilton Head communities that are a mix of full time residents and short term rentals, Indigo Run Plantation real estate is a single-family home community with 1,000 homesites along lagoons, golf courses, and Broad Creek. There are two golf courses within the gates of Indigo run as well as a tennis center. There are miles of leisure and bike trails and plenty of places to fish in the 50 lagoons that run throughout the community.

Indigo Run is comprised of five distinct communities within it’s gates:

• • The Golden Bear is comprised of single family homes along golf fairways and lagoons.
  • The Golf Club also features single family homes along the golf course and lagoons, but these properties are generally larger than the homes found in Golden Bear.
