Longtime board member, Craig Ostergard, was honored with the 2026 Joan and Wade Webster Community Impact Award by the Community Foundation of the Lowcountry, and we were proud to stand alongside him as he received it.

This recognition reflects decades of showing up for his community. Craig has always been the kind of person who steps in, leans in, and finds a way to make things better. And it doesn’t stop there.

Next month, Craig will be inducted into the South Carolina Veteran Hall of Fame—another testament to his servant’s heart and a clear reflection of just how far his service and leadership have reached.

OFPOB runs on the strength of our volunteers. Their dedication, their heart for this mission, and their willingness to give their time is what allows us to grow and continue serving those who’ve served. Craig is a powerful example of that spirit.
