With nearly 20 years of experience in the industry, Sheri has successfully represented her clients by listening to their needs. Whether their interest is in a home or land purchase or listing their property, her experience and commitment to service has led her to consistently be in the top 25 Realtors in Southern Beaufort County as a part of Kroupa and Bush Partners.

A Virginia native, Sheri grew up in Manassas and attended Northern Virginia Community College. After a long career in healthcare management, Sheri changed professions in 2002 by pursuing a career in residential developer sales. In 2004, she brought her talents to Bluffton with one of the nation’s leading luxury home builders, thus beginning her South Carolina real estate career in Hampton Hall. After several successful years in developer sales, Sheri then transitioned into general brokerage with newly formed Carson Realty in 2007. Now one of the leading brokerage firms in Southern Beaufort County, she was a vital part of Carson’s growth by consistently performing as one of the company’s top producers and is now part owner in the company.

Sheri is proud to be an Endorsed Local Provider for Dave Ramsey and is dedicated to making home ownership a reality for those who want to be homeowners. She is a member of the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors, the Hilton Head Multiple Listing Service, and has been awarded the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation through the National Association of Realtors. Sheri resides in Bluffton and is very active in the local community serving as the President of Hampton Hall Club Board of directors, Vice-Chair of the Affordable Housing Committee for the Town of Bluffton, executive board of Backpack Buddies of Bluffton, and the Hampton Hall Charitable Fund, as well as being a graduate of the Hilton Head-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class of 2013.
