This stunning 8 bedroom, 8 bathroom and 2nd row home is across from three miles of an award-winning beach on Brigantine. This home has the Southern charm entrance with the “petticoat” stairs, covered front porch and two rocking chairs. As you enter the home you will love large open floor plan, hardwood floors and high ceilings. There is a nice sitting area with two blue chairs and a TV hidden in the armoire. To the left of the entrance are two bedrooms; each bedroom has a set of twin beds and they share a bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo.

To the right of the entrance is your living room complete with an L-shaped couch, two accent chairs with ottomans, a fireplace and mounted 65” Vizio TV. There is even a karaoke machine and games under the TV for lots of family entertainment. This opens up into a large gourmet kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a Frigidaire refrigerator, double ovens and a 6-burner Viking Professional gas stove. There are also two dishwashers in case you have a big meal you won’t have to hand wash anything. There are two bar stools at the countertop for watching the chef prepare your favorite meal. In the dining room there is seating for 8 at the large glass table. There is a beverage counter with a small sink, wine fridge and another Frigidaire refrigerator. Behind the dining room is a bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower. The laundry room is off the dining room as well and has a sink, washer and dryer. You also have access to a screened-in porch where there is a large picnic table that seats approximately 10 people. This leads you to the outside patio where there is a high-top table and four chairs. Down on the ground level is a great outdoor entertainment area with a covered open bar with five chairs, a mini fridge and Char-Broil gas grill. There is also a brick barbecue area, beautiful pool and hot tub, outdoor shower and eight lounge chairs plus a 2-car garage and storage.

Back inside on the other side of the living room are two more bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, 32” TV and private bath with double vanity and walk-in shower. There is access to a small deck overlooking the front of the house. The second bedroom also has a king bed, desk with chair and a 32” TV. The ensuite bath has a single vanity and walk-in shower.

On the second floor there are four more bedrooms and a sitting area. The first bedroom has a queen bed and shares the bathroom with a hall door. It has a single vanity and walk-in shower. The next bedroom has a king bed, accent chair, 32” TV and access to a small deck overlooking the front of the house. You can even see peaks of the ocean. The ensuite bath has a double vanity, soaker tub and walk-in shower. Next is the loft area that has a queen sleeper sofa and two chairs. There is a stereo system and lots of books to read. Bedroom #7 has a king bed, accent chair, 32” TV and private bath with two separate single vanities, soaker tub and walk-in shower. Finally, the last bedroom has two twin beds, a full size bed and 32” TV. The private bath has a single vanity and walk-in shower.
