As you enter the condo the off-white tiled floors lead you to the kitchen on your left offering quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove, and four cushioned stools at the countertop. The dining room has a gray glass topped table that has four seats and a bench seat. In the living room there is a sofa, three swivel chairs, and a 43″ TV. There is access to the covered balcony from either the dining room or living room. Out on the balcony is a high-top table for four plus four additional chairs for relaxing with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

To the right of the entrance, there is a half bath in the hall. Also in the hall closet is the stacked front-loading washer and dryer. The first bedroom has vinyl plank floors, two twin beds, and a 50″ TV. There is a bathroom that connects this bedroom and the one next door. It has a double granite topped vanity and a tub/shower combo. The next bedroom has a queen bed, vinyl plank floors, and a 50″ TV. The final bedroom has a king bed, vinyl plank floors, and 50″ TV. This room also has a door to the balcony and a private bathroom with a double granite topped vanity, walk-in shower, and a soaking tub under the sky lights.
