Welcome to 20 Knotts Way, a beautiful 3 story newer home on a private gated street in North Forest Beach!
This fantastic home has been professionally decorated and is located within 100 steps from the beach. The home is within walking distance to Coligny Plaza which is also know as the downtown area of Hilton Head. The bike path is located across the street from the home, jump on the bike path and pedal your way around the island, there are 55 miles of bike paths on Hilton Head .

On the first floor is one of the master suites, an additional bedroom that has two Queen beds, a TV and a full bath. There is a beautiful bar area with granite countertops, refrigerator, sink and microwave leading to a balcony that offers peeks of the ocean and is a perfect place to watch the sunrise.
