This freshly repainted oceanfront home has innovative wood ceiling throughout and is located on a quiet street in North Forest Beach. As you enter this tastefully furnished home, you will notice that just beyond the foyer, the living area on the entry level floor is complete with a flat screen television or if you wish, you can simply sit back and enjoy the brand new wet bar while taking in the amazing ocean view. If you prefer a view from outside; step through the patio doors where you will find the expansive pool deck and steps to the large ground level pool. There is an outdoor shower as well as a new bath house. Also added in 2012 was a 5 person HOT TUB. Whether your wish is to take the sun sitting up or lying down, there is plenty of room for all. There are 4 guest bedrooms on this floor, all with fabulous views of the ocean and complete with TV/DVD and full bathrooms. Please don’t worry if your shorts get dirty from a day at the beach, the spacious laundry room has everything you need. Take the short climb to the 2nd level and you will notice that the home’s striking hardwood flooring completes the spacious living and dining area.
