The spacious kitchen is fully equipped while the dining area is contentedly set for 8. The kitchen offers additional seating at the built in countertop bar. On the 1st floor there are 4 of the 6 bedrooms. The first bedroom on the left is a king with a private bathroom. Across the hall is the 1st twin bedroom with 2 twin beds and shared bath. The next bedroom down the hall is the other twin bedroom, also with 2 twin bedrooms which shares the bathroom with the other twin bedroom. At the end of the hall is the spacious master suite with king bed and large master bathroom. The master bathroom has a seperate tub and shower as well as a large vanity and toilet area. Upstairs past the kitchen are the other two bedrooms. The king bedroom on the right shares the hallway bathroom. The last bedroom on the left hand side had a king bed and private bathroom. All six bedrooms are equipped with a television and there is wireless internet. Enjoy the short walk to the beach, stay back and relax by the 30×15 pool or put your feet up and soak in the hot tub! Take a break from the sun and challenge your opponent to a game of ping pong in the pool side recreation room. Bike paths and neighborhood lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually draws to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza has over 50 unique shops! At the center of this you will also find, Coligny Park where you and your guests may enjoy a game of beach volleyball. In addition, this home is pet friendly!!
