Our Dream Will Soon Be a Reality

We had a dream to build the 1st Resilient Pantry on HHI so that our neighbors in need of food could have a safe place, by choice and not chance, in challenging times, especially throughout the hurricane season. On March 18, 2025 Town Council of HHI made our dream a reality with a 50 year land lease to build a Permanent Place to call Home. Blessed by a beloved community, that continues to support us for nearly 2 decades, our Families are no longer food insecure and now will have a secure and safe space, as we continue our Mission of nourishing all who Hunger. Hurricanes and Pandemics will come and go but Hunger is never ending. Be part of building our dream come true as we continue bringing hope to so many who stopped believing hope was possible. A Place to Call Home

Our dream is to build the 1st Amphibious Resilient Pantry on HHI so that our neighbors in need are safe, by choice and not chance, when the next Hurricane hits. A secure structure where we can continue to expand our services and encourage our clients to thrive and flourish. We are blessed by a beloved community, that continues to open their hearts and doors to us when we are once again uprooted, but just as the families we serve no longer fear food insecurity our goal is that they no longer fear shelter insecurity from the storms. We distribute healthy whole foods and basic needs, educate our families with classes on nutrition & food preparation, take monthly blood pressure readings and so much more. Help us build our dream into a reality as we continue to bring hope to so many who stopped believing hope was possible. No gift of the heart can ever be too big or small…
