Our philosophy as vacation home owners is that your vacation experience, be it 3 days or 3 months, should be completely comfortable. We accomplish this by offering a spotlessly clean home, beautifully decorated in our signature coastal chic style, and equipped with, what we consider to be, the absolute necessities for a comfortable stay.
Top of the list: CLEAN. And we mean CLEAN in ALL CAPS! We are told over and over that our homes are the cleanest in which our guests have ever stayed. It is one of our Signature hallmarks and we take CLEAN seriously.
9 Wren is a super easy walk to the beach and considered 6th row ocean, meaning that even young children can stroll over to put their toes in the sand.
The house is light and bright and filled with every amenity that we appreciate when we vacation fabulous new electronics including Bose Sound Dock for ipod player; our Signature Fili d’Oro crisp, cotton sheets, fluffy pillows, and thirsty towels; all new furnishings, and lots of information about everything to do on the Island. The carpets are new, clean and fresh-smelling, both inside and out. The bright, open kitchen, featuring all white dishes and lots of accoutrements, is ideal for cooking in or ordering-in.
There is also a great grilling deck just off the kitchen with gas grill. Have you ever rented a vacation home only to find the glassware is old and mismatched, the cookware is nearly non-existent, and one or two old wine glasses are hidden back in the dark, stained cabinets? We have!! And we did not want that experience to greet our guests.
A spacious living room with new 48′ LCD flat screen HDTV with Blu-Ray player (plus video library and complimentary Netflix) opens to a spacious deck with large dining table, just the place for sunning, sipping, or chatting, and then down the steps to the private pool. The living rooms features 2 seating areas plus a game/card/puzzle table and lots of natural light.
What we call the BIG room is actually a great gathering space with open kitchen, HUGE dining table seating up to 14 (plus 6 counter stools at the bar!), HDTV with expanded channels and a cozy seating area for 5. No one ever needs feel left out while cooking in this kitchen!
Appliances include a 4 burner range, French door refrigerator with bottom freezer and ice maker, 2 ovens plus microwave, dishwasher, plus a large island and 2 sinks. The bar area boasts a third sink and full size ice maker—great for a crowd! This kitchen is stocked with double sets of cookware, 2 coffee makers, and everything you can think of for making up dinner for the crew—or ordering in!
Our Signature homes are fabulously outfitted and equipped—and if there is by chance something you find that you need—just ask.
Five bedrooms include: main level with 2 doubles and full bath, second level 2 doubles with full bath, second level queen with futon and full bath, second level queen master with sofa and full bath, and second level bunk room with 4 twins and full bath. Each boasts the comfiest bed linens we could find, with ‘down alternative’ pillows (great for those who may be allergic to the real thing) as well as LCD TV in each room. The bunk room also serves as a kids’ gathering room with super bean bag and Blu-Ray player and complimentary Netflix.
The main level laundry room opens to the deck and features a “pool potty”—no need to go in through the house for the bathroom. 9 Wren even offers up a semi-enclose, private outdoor shower.
Stay connected to the outside world (if you must) with super speedy WI-FI.

We are proud to have developed a niche concept in vacation rentals on Hilton Head Island: Each of our Signature properties is outfitted and equipped to exactly the same high standard– No matter the address, our guests may expect to find their kitchen fabulously equipped with heavy, quality cookware, lots of serving pieces, all matching dishes, and ample glassware. We feature a finer quality, organic cotton bed and bath linen than you will find anywhere in this market. (It is important to us when we travel that we are completely comfortable and we know you must feel the same!) Electronics are updated, as are our stylish furnishings.
Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, bath tissue, soap and shampoos, even coffee supplies and an assortment of cooking spices. We always also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas– really, all you have to do is come and enjoy.
LOCATION/BEACH PROXIMITY: See the GoogleMap here or Mapquest 9 Wren Drive, Hilton Head, 29928, to see the exact location. Easy walk 6 ‘rows’ to the ocean in less than 5 minutes. Bike to South Beach Marina Village in 5 minutes, then you can take the trolley from South Beach to the Beach Club, Harbour Town or Sea Pines Center.
Sorry that pets are not permitted at 9 Wren.
POOL: Enjoy anytime of year but this pool is not heatable.
BIKING: Biking is the BEST in Sea Pines. You can have adult and child-sized bikes, toddler seats, and pull-alongs all delivered and waiting for you when you. Please see our Guest Pak that you will receive via email.
BEACH EQUIPMENT: We have 10+ folding beach chairs at the house along with a big beach umbrella, sand toys, a beach buggy and big pull cart and lots of beach towels. Take the umbrella with you to the beach OR, if you prefer, you can rent traditional chairs and umbrellas directly from the lifeguards. Full information is in our Guest Pak.
BEST PRICE?: Please note that we sincerely appreciate your interest in our home, but that we ADHERE FIRMLY to the generous discount policies listed here. Our guests have always found extraordinary value and comfort in our property. We look forward to welcoming you as well!
HOW TO CALCULATE YOUR TOTAL RATE: The published rental rate is a base figure to which is added 3 additional fees: (1) a 5.5% Resort/Amenity fee which covers such “must haves” as resort amenities, entry, parking where applicable, our Signature property preparation including full size, household (kitchen, laundry, bath) supplies and amenities, our fabulous Fili d’oro Italian bed linens and Signature stripe, all cotton bath linens, secure WiFi and complimentary 48-state long distance calling in all properties, and our unparalleled guest service including 24-hour direct phone line to a member of our team who will assist you with any issue or problem that may arise, (2) 10% sales and lodging taxes, and (3) damage insurance policy of $45 covering up to $1,500 in accidental damage when reported to BSSR before guest departure.
Bottom line—your final total will be about 16% above the base rental rate.
PAYMENT: a 50% deposit is required at time of reservation, with full payment at 60 days before arrival. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, and your personal check via E-Check. Full details and cancellation policies are outlined in our Rental Terms and Criteria document which will be emailed to you once we receive your inquiry and requested dates. PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT ‘HOLD’ ANY PROPERTY WITHOUT PAYMENT.
