Welcome to the Beverly Serral Signature Rental home at 3 Hollyberry Lane, Greenwood Forest, Sea Pines.

Our philosophy as is that your vacation experience should be completely comfortable.

Top of the list: CLEAN. And we mean CLEAN in ALL CAPS! We are told over and over that our homes are the cleanest our guests have ever stayed in. It is one of Signature hallmarks and we take CLEAN seriously.

3 Hollyberry is a great addition to our portfolio and sure to become your favorite! As with all of our properties, we have filled this house with everything you need for a completely comfortable vacation stay: great electronics (all new wall mounted LCD televisions including HD and Apple TV in the living room) ; crisp, cotton sheets, cotton quilts, and fluffy pillows; new stainless steel appliances; and lots of information about everything to do on the Island.

The wood and tile flooring is super clean as is the limited amount of carpet (2 guest bedrooms only), as are the all new fabulous furnishings. The light filled kitchen with new granite and tile features all white dishes and lots of accoutrement. We are confident you have never rented a property with such a well equipped kitchen– again, this is one of our Signatures.

Whether you are ordering pizza in or cooking up a Thanksgiving feast, you will find everything you need: heavy, quality cookware, clean kitchen linens, an abundance of accessories such as blender, mixer, and coffee grinder, heavy quality flatware, lots of matching glass and melamine dishware and glassware, mixing bowls and bakeware, plus all the little extras like a pizza cutter, wine opener, ice cream scoop, measuring items, vegetable peeler….. things that matter when cooking and serving– and lots of serving pieces, too!

A spacious combination/living dining room features a comfy new sectional sofa and rattan chairs, dining table for six, and a desk area (with expanded outlets) that doubles as a buffet for serving. This area opens to a beautiful deck with dining table and glider seating (plus new gas grill!)– just the place for sunning, sipping, or chatting.

Three bedrooms (1 King, 1 King, 2 Twins) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with ‘down alternative’ pillows (great for those who may be allergic to the real thing) as well as wall mounted LCD TV in each room. In each closet you will find luggage racks, laundry baskets, all new shelving and an abundance of matching coat and skirt hangers.

Baths are newly updated and spic and span! There is a handy laundry room (just off the kitchen) with space for hanging wet things after swimming. Ceiling fans and AC make even the inside breezy.

Stay connected to the outside world with securely connected high speed wireless internet and complimentary continental US long distance.

We are proud to have developed a niche concept in vacation rentals on Hilton Head Island: Each of our Signature properties is outfitted and equipped to exactly the same high standard– No matter the address, our guests may expect to find their kitchen fabulously equipped with heavy, quality cookware, lots of serving pieces, all matching dishes, and ample glassware. We feature a finer quality, organic cotton bed and bath linen than you will find anywhere in this market. (It is important to us when we travel that we are completely comfortable and we know you must feel the same!) Electronics are updated, as are our stylish furnishings.

Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, bath tissue, soap and shampoos, even coffee supplies and an assortment of cooking spices. We always also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas– really, all you have to do is come and enjoy.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: 2 minutes by car, 7 minutes by bike, or 15 minutes walking to the ocean.
More details–hop in your car and drive to Sea Pines Beach Club in 2 minutes. There you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas, sip a cool drink at the Beach Bar, or grab a freshly grilled burger from the grill. Children’s activities, full baths, and a shore store complete the Beach Club. THE OCEAN IS A 15 MINUTE WALK from the house, GOOD FOR A STROLL OR FOR EXERCISE; BUT, IF TAKING CHILDREN OR LOTS OF BEACH GARB, BETTER TO BIKE OR DRIVE. There is plenty of parking at the Beach Club, but in summer, we suggest best parking is before 10 am or after 2 pm.

BIKING: Biking is the BEST in Sea Pines. You can have adult and child-sized bikes, toddler seats, and pull-alongs all delivered and waiting for you when you arrive. Please see our Guest Pak that you will receive when you inquire with your prospective dates of reservation.

BEACH EQUIPMENT: We have 6 folding beach chairs at the house along with a big beach umbrella, sand toys and lots of beach towels. Take the umbrella with you to the beach OR, if you prefer, you can rent traditional chairs and umbrellas directly from the lifeguards. Full information is in our Guest Pak.

BEST PRICE?: Please note that we sincerely appreciate your interest in our home, but that we ADHERE FIRMLY to the generous discount policies listed here. Our guests have always found extraordinary value and comfort in our property. We look forward to welcoming you as well!

HOW TO CALCULATE YOUR TOTAL RATE: The published rental rate is a base figure to which is added 3 additional fees: (1) a 5.5% Resort/Amenity fee which covers such “must haves” as resort amenities, entry, parking where applicable, our Signature property preparation including full size, household (kitchen, laundry, bath) supplies and amenities, our fabulous Fili d’oro Italian bed linens and Signature stripe, all cotton bath linens, secure WiFi and complimentary 48-state long distance calling in all properties, and our unparalleled guest service including 24-hour direct phone line to a member of our team who will assist you with any issue or problem that may arise, our Signaturre departure cleaning, and (2) 10% sales and lodging taxes, and (3) damage protection premium of $45 covering up to $1,500 in accidental damage when reported to BSSR before guest departure.

Bottom line- your final total will be about 15% over the base rental rate.

PETS: Well-behaved pets are permissible, with prior arrangement, in our pet welcoming properties ONLY. A non-refundable Pet Fee of $150 (taxable) per pet is charged per reservation and added to the base rental rate. Certain breeds and sizes of animal are not allowed in any property, lovely as they may be, so please inquire. Expectations of pets and their owners will be included in the rental agreement, and will require a human signature.

PAYMENT: a 50% deposit is required at time of reservation, with full payment at 60 days before arrival. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, and your personal check via E-Check. Full details and cancellation policies are outlined in our Rental Terms and Criteria document which will be emailed to you once we receive your inquiry and requested dates. PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT ‘HOLD’ ANY PROPERTY WITHOUT PAYMENT.

SHORT STAYS: Please see the rate chart or inquire for nightly rates (4 night minimum) that are available fall, winter, and spring.

DISCOUNTS FOR LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS: Book 14 days in advance of arrival and receive 20% off published rate.

WINTER RENTALS: Buy 3 weeks and get one free! No tax is required for rentals 90 days or longer. Ask about our winter ‘Super Specials’: 3 months for one price including travel/trip interruption insurance.

MULTI-WEEK SPRING, SUMMER, FALL RENTALS: discount off weekly rate.

TRAVEL INSURANCE RATE: Calculated as 7% of the final total less damage insurance, and underwritten by TravelGuard. A brochure will be included with your rental agreement.
