Enjoy your next vacation in style at this elegant dream home boasting high ceilings, bright interiors, and an airy ambiance that allow each guest to slip right into vacation mode upon arrival. This home has the southern style petticoat staircase leading to a covered porch with two rocking chairs. The entrance into the home is grand with two white columns separating the foyer with the living area. The living room has a gray sofa, four chairs and a large ottoman to share. There is a 65” Samsung TV with sound bar mounted over the fireplace. To the left of the entrance is the formal dining room with a round table that seats six. This room leads you to the kitchen that has beautiful black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and the center island has the flat top stove. There are three stools at the countertop for guests to sit and enjoy a snack while watching the chef prepare their favorite meal. Behind the kitchen is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer, a sink and plenty of cabinets and counter space. On the other side of the kitchen is a cozy sitting area complete with a couch, 32” TV and a large table that could be used as a desk if you have work to do while on vacation. Access to the pool deck is through the sitting area and the living room.

Head out back and daydream by the private pool that is perfectly surrounded by foliage to give you a bit of natural privacy. There is a table that seats six, three chairs and four lounge chairs and a Char-Broil gas grill.

Back inside to the right of the entrance, behind sliding pocket doors, there is a bedroom complete with a twin daybed with twin trundle and a small blue desk. This room shares a bathroom with the hallway. The bathroom has a single vanity and walk-in shower. The master suite is just down the hall. It has hardwood floors, a king size bed and a 45” TV. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in closet, double vanities, garden tub and walk-in shower. From this room access the screened-in porch that has palm frond ceiling fans, a small round table that seats two and three accent chairs. A perfect spot for your morning coffee!

The second level of the house has dark hardwood floors in the hallway and light hardwood in the bedrooms. To the right of the stairs is a sitting area in the loft with a sofa, chair and 32” TV with DVD player. There is access to a balcony that overlooks the pool and has a round table that seats four. As the sun sets, bring a bottle of wine and small bites out to the balcony and make the most of the last rays of sunshine before heading in for the night. Continuing down the hall is a bedroom with a king size bed, small desk under the window and a 40” TV. The private bathroom has a single vanity and walk-in shower.

At the top of the stairs and to the left you will find two more bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The first bedroom has two twin beds and a twin sleeper sofa both with nautical theme décor. This would be perfect for the kids in your family. The second bedroom has a high queen post bed and a cushioned window seat. The shared bathroom has a single vanity and a tub/shower combo.

There is ample parking with two driveways and a large garage under the house. This home is beautiful inside and out and has all the luxury and comforts you would want for your vacation.
