Windmill Harbour is a 172-acre private community located on the Intracoastal Waterway and Broad Creek. Unlike most Hilton Head communities, it does not have a golf course. Instead, ammenities center around the South Carolina Yacht Club. Its technologically advanced lock system that protects the 260-slip basin from wakes, currents and silting while providing direct boating access to the Intracoastal Waterway and Calibogue Sound.
Windmill Harbour’s architecture is in keeping with its distinct Southern landscape and is reminiscent of the traditional style prevalent in Charleston.
