Shipyard Plantation is conveniently located in between Palmetto Dunes and Sea Pines on beautiful Hilton Head Island. This 800+ acre community has miles of bike paths, 27 holes of golf, the Van Der Meer Tennis Center, and the popular Crown Plaza Hotel. All guests staying at Shipyard's various villa complexes have access to the beach through the Shipyard Beach Club. The property itself is surrounded by palm trees, enormous pines, and old oak trees.
