Located on the north end of Hilton Head Island, Palmetto Hall is a 750-acre residential community featuring homes reminiscent of the Old South with their shady verandas, soaring columns and colorful shutters. At build out only 500 homes are planned, and 200 acres are devoted to natural wetlands, preserves, and lagoons.
Ammenities within Palmetto Hall include two golf courses, a large community swimming pool, children’s playground, tennis courts, freshwater lakes and a barbecue area.
