The room features soaring tray ceilings, an Atlantic gray sofa and gold-toned double sized chairs which face a slate surrounded gas fireplace. French doors open to a magnificent infinity-edge swimming pool that seems to spill into the flowing lagoon below. Also viewing the pool, the master suite is definitive luxury, soothingly decorated in peaceful neutrals, showcasing a four-poster king-sized bed, flat screen TV, built-in Miele coffee maker, wet bar and mini-refrigerator. With a spacious spa ambiance and travertine flooring, the stunning master bath comprises two distinct dressing areas, each with its own specially-mined granite vanity, water closet, and roomy walk-in closet. A freestanding Aquatic whirlpool tub and double door glass-enclosed multi-head shower are focal points of the master bath as well. The master suite even includes its own exercise room, which overlooks the pool and covered deck. The splendid gourmet-tier kitchen is amenity-filled, featuring two separate islands with sinks, and seating for four at its copper and black granite countertop. Other kitchen offerings include: • Viking gas cooktop and oven with vent • Viking electric oven • Viking microwave • Two Miele dishwashers • SubZero double refrigerator • SubZero four individual freezer drawers • Granite desk area • Breakfast area which seats eight comfortably • Custom cabinetry with scrolled iron handles Flowing from the kitchen is a thoroughly inviting family room with plush sofas and seating, hardwood floors, inlaid black armoire housing a TV, and cathedral/tray ceiling. A wall of glass doors opens from here to reveal a massive screened porch that redefines the very concept. Inviting soft breezes and offering a panoramic lagoon view, the porch features dark wood beam cathedral ceilings with tropical fans, a built-in Viking grill, a tabby-surrounded gas fireplace, comfortable seating and a dining table for six. This delightful screened porch opens to the pool, granite outdoor bar and sundeck. The swimming pool also showcases an umbrella-covered, in-water table with seating. Additional first floor features include: • a temperature-regulated redwood wine cellar • wet bar, adjacent to the dining room • laundry room with granite utility sink, washer and dryer, desk and laundry chute • elevator, plus two sets of stairs Atop the grand staircase is a sports bar offering two wall-mounted flat screen TVs, a billiard table, granite topped cherry wood bar with sink and counter seating, game table with leather seating for four, and a slate semi-circular outdoor balcony overlooking the pool and lagoon. There’s even a closet with stacked washer and dryer for added convenience. Enjoy a private, ultra-comfortable movie experience like no other in the fabulously appointed home theater, with two tiered rows of leather recliner theater seats facing the wall-sized movie screen, broadcast via overhead projector.
