Full Description: This is the perfect home for rewarding yourself with the vacation you deserve…..one to enjoy complete luxurious comfort. Perched next to a wide lagoon -- really more the size of a lake -- this new residence, built in 2007, immediately greets with lovely curb appeal, and leads you inside on its oyster shell, brick-lined sidewalk through a wrought iron gate and courtyard. Open to the water views beyond is the living room in tans and golds featuring hardwood flooring, a wall-mounted flat screen TV, plush seating, and a nearby dining room seating eight elegantly. The gourmet-quality kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this large living space as well, boasting Sub Zero refrigerator, Viking gas stove, gleaming granite countertops, pendant lighting, prep sink, and bar seats for two. Thoughtful amenities are ubiquitous, including a wine refrigerator in the pantry and a separate laundry room. A window-side, eat-in breakfast table seats eight. From the kitchen through French doors, is an open-air, covered lanai with bricked gas fireplace for relaxing evenings al fresco. This patio overlooks both the lagoon and the infinity-edge saltwater pool, which has a higher-level whirlpool with a cascading waterfall into the pool below. The bedrooms are as stunning as the rest of the home. In luxurious tan and gold, the first-floor master has a dramatic king-sized sleigh-bed, soaring ceilings, lagoon views, a flat screen TV, DVD and pool access. The Zen-like master bathroom has a granite double vanity, saturnia flooring, a Jacuzzi bathtub and a massive, stone-surrounded, dual-headed shower. A half a level up the graceful staircase is a roomy bedroom with two double beds and a private bathroom with a large stone shower and a green-marbled granite countertop. French doors reveal a Charlestonian balcony with wrought iron railings. On the second floor is another bedroom, which could be considered a master. In tones of sage and sunflower, this room features a king-sized bed, a palatial upper level deck, and a private bathroom with saturnia, granite vanity, Jacuzzi tub and bronze faucets. The fourth bedroom has twin beds with matelasse covers, ceiling fans, access to the upper deck, and its own bathroom with oversized stone shower. The amenities of this home are numerous, including a two-car garage, an elevator, and even an-outdoor-accessed bathroom with shower. Only a short walk to the beach, or an easy bike ride to Harbour Town, this is a true vacation haven from every point of view.
