Full Description: Charming and well-appointed, this tri-level townhome begins with a gated courtyard entry, which then opens to hardwood floors and a spacious living area. Furnished primarily in neutral hues, but with well-placed sage and red, the living room includes a large TV plus DVD, internet access and glass table for four for games or casual dining.
The dining area is roomy, seating eight at its windowside table, which views the on-site swimming pool and the villa’s private deck. Also on the deck is outdoor seating for four and a grill, for fabulous evening cookouts. The conveniently located pool is literally only a few steps from this townhome’s back deck.
Fully outfitted, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, gunmetal solid surface countertops and a nearby laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer.
On the second floor are two bedrooms. One of the rooms showcases a sage paisley covered king-sized bed, white wicker furnishings, a wall-mounted flat screen TV and front balcony. Its golfing-motif bathroom features a wide vanity, tub/shower combination and stone flooring.
In a welcoming combination of Wedgwood blue, yellow and white, the freshly outfitted second bedroom holds twin beds, a balcony and wall mounted TV. Its bath, with blue, yellow and white striped wallpaper holds a tub/shower combo and spacious vanity.
The third floor has two more bedrooms including a beach-themed blue and white master suite with king-sized bed, pool view, bead board furnishings and armoire housing a TV and DVD. The sky and white bath includes stone flooring and a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom, also with a view of the pool, holds twin beds covered in richly hued spreads, plus ceiling fan, TV and private bath with tub/shower.
There are several balconies from the villa from which to enjoy a gentle breeze. This villa is adjacent to the Harbour Town Golf Links, steps from the Harbour Town Swimming Pool and Sea Pines Racquet Club, and is only a short walk to the abundance of activities, dining and shopping of Harbour Town.
