Full Description: Whether you love golf, or simply love a breathtaking Lowcountry view, this vacation retreat is ideal! This newly renovated home couldn’t have a better location, directly on the 16th green and 17th tee of the famed Harbour Town Golf Links, with a picturesque backdrop of the Calibogue Sound. It is truly magical! From the moment you enter the first floor, you are greeted with light and air in the saturnia-tiled foyer, and adjacent, is the (first) kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances, vaulted ceilings and granite countertops. A cozy charm defines the living room with fireplace, TV and DVD, rivaled only by the view of the golf course and water beyond. The first floor opens to a deck with private pool. There are two bedrooms on the first floor as well, both of which enjoy the golf and water vistas, and open onto the back pool deck. Both beautifully furnished, one bedroom has a queen bed with TV, and the other has twin beds with a flat screen TV. The heart of the home is found on the second level in its grand living room and large kitchen combination that was simply made for entertaining. The semi-circular, eat-around granite topped bar surrounds the kitchen, which has state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, pendant lighting and every modern convenience. Seamlessly integrated is the living space of sofas and chairs, a wall-mounted 52” flat screen TV and DVD player. This fabulous area has its own upper deck, with outdoor seating overlooking the golf and water views. An outdoor staircase leads from the upper balcony to the pool below. The third floor is the master suite, an elegantly furnished sanctuary with a four-poster bed, comfortable seating, an armoire-encased TV, two closets, and a sumptuous master bath which houses travertine tile and oil-rubbed bronze fixtures. The colors are cool and relaxing in cream and pale blue, and the light filters in from the front and the back of the house. A vacation paradise!
