Full Description: The light-filled, airy design of this lovely South Beach residence bodes well for a perfect vacation with a breezy, carefree attitude and plenty of space to enjoy family and friends.
With saturnia flooring throughout, the open living space encompasses a family room, dining room seating eight, Carolina room and the kitchen. It is a wonderful gathering place, with a flat screen TV over the fireplace surrounded by comfortable seating including an L-shaped sofa. Sunlight is welcomed through the multiple skylights of the vaulted ceilings.
The Carolina Room is semi-surrounded by windows, viewing the expansive pool, sundeck and serene lagoon, and features a glass table seating four. A perfect spot for playing cards while enjoying the Lowcountry vista!
The fully appointed and spacious kitchen boasts granite countertops, saturnia flooring, a prep sink and a countertop which seats four. There is also a nearby laundry room with washer and dryer.
In beige hues, plus elegant black and tan bedding, the master bedroom houses a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, TV, VCR and DVD. Its luxuriously grand master bathroom is appointed with pale green granite double vanities, a black granite whirlpool bath and an oversized shower with bench inside. The pool can be accessed from this bedroom as well.
Children will delight over the next bedroom with day bed and trundle; it also features internet access, ceiling fan and TV.
The third cheerfully decorated bedroom features twin beds, plus a private bath with shower and granite vanity. With pool and deck access, the fourth bedroom showcases a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with glass door shower and granite vanity.
Only moments from the beach, this delightful home is only a short bike ride to South Beach Marina and its quaint village of shopping, dining and recreation.
