Full Description: Absolutely charming and recently renovated, this refreshing three-bedroom villa, in cream and slate blue, is an idyllic setting for your island vacation.
With stonewashed-toned hardwood floors, the living room boasts a beautiful view of a lagoon with fountain. Features of the room are all-encompassing: comfortable seating, a denim sleeper sofa, wall-mounted flat screen TV, DVD, VCR and internet access, and sliding glass doors which open to an outdoor deck that overhangs the waters of the lagoon.
A mirrored wall accentuates the spaciousness of the living room and dining area which seats six at its glass and pewter table.
The kitchen, with counter seating for two adjacent to the dining area, is elegant in Wedgwood blue with stainless steel appliances, tile flooring, a flat cooktop and pendant lighting.
In cream and slate, the downstairs bedroom holds twin beds, a wall-mounted TV with VCR and a front balcony. Its private bathroom features a marble vanity, robin’s egg blue walls and a tub/shower combination.
A panoramic view is witnessed upon ascending the open staircase, backed by a two-story wall of glass, overlooking the lagoon, fountain and verdant landscape.
The master bedroom boasts a silk spread in gentle blue and espresso over a king-sized bed, an armoire with HD flat screen TV and VCR, and a stunning view of the lagoon below. The master’s zen-like private bathroom has marble flooring, a skylight above its marble-surrounded soaking tub, double vanity and glass door shower.
The third bedroom, also on the second floor, houses twin beds in denim with beach-themed accessories, plus hints of lime, cream and white. Also viewing the fountain and lagoon below, this room has a wall-mounted TV and a private bath with tub/shower combination and a gray and white marble vanity.
An on-site swimming pool and tennis courts are available to Inland Harbour guests. In addition, the villa offers wonderfully close proximity to numerous Sea Pines’ amenities: Harbour Town, Sea Pines Racquet Club, Harbour Town Golf Links . . .plus a short bike ride will lead you to the Sea Pines Beach Club or Lawton Stables.
