Full Description: Hardwood floors greet you as you enter this incredibly lovely three bedroom villa. Its bathroom features a spacious black granite vanity atop white cabinets with brushed nickel fixtures and pulls, and a tub/shower combination. The master bedroom is stylish, also with a hint of island décor, featuring a king-sized bed, cottage armoire housing a TV, DVD and VCR. A private balcony views an incredible vista of marshlands and towering pines. This room also has a luxe bathroom with spacious black granite vanity, saturnia flooring and a tub/shower combo. On the third and top level of the townhome is a bedroom, which also could be considered a master. With many of the same features of the second-floor master – a king-sized bed, TV, VCR and DVD -- this room also has a bird’s eye view of the marsh below and a beautifully appointed private bathroom, but is adorned in a different color scheme featuring tones in the blue family. A stunning view and wonderful location, this villa is just a short walk from the Harbour Town Yacht Basin with its shopping, dining and boating. There is the added convenience of the nearby Harbour Town Golf Links and the Sea Pines Racquet Club.
