Full Description: Through this home’s wrought iron gate, a bricked courtyard and privately situated pool and deck lie in welcome. Hardwood floors are found throughout the home, entering with the fully-appointed kitchen to the left, with a table for two. From there is a cozy den with fireplace, sleeper sofa, TV, VCR, and internet access; a half-bath is adjacent to the den so that it is a viable option for additional sleeping accommodations. A soothing palate of tans and creams adorns the open living room and dining room (which seats eight) with verdant golf vistas from the sliding glass doors. This large room is great for lounging, with TV, VCR, DVD, fireplace, and another table – perhaps for card-playing -- which seats four. The first bedroom, with queen-sized bed, is awash in calming pastel shades and wood flooring, featuring pool access through its sliding glass doors which open onto the brick patio. A nearby bedroom, also with pool access, has a double lower bed with twin-sized bunk top, plus an additional twin bed, great for kids who’ll love this configuration! This room enjoys not only the pool view, but also the glorious shade of an ancient oak outside the window. The master bedroom with king-sized sleigh bed features a magnificent golf view, TV and access to the brick patio through the sliding glass doors. The master bath has a tiled shower. This home’s effortless access to its own enclosed pool in the front and lovely brick patio in the back overlooking the golf course, make this a wonderful vacation retreat.
