Full Description: The Lowcountry grace of this spacious vacation home is evident from the moment you arrive at its wide front porch with rocking chairs. Heart of pine floors are found throughout the first floor, with bead board wainscoting on the staircase in the entryway. It is these and many other thoughtful accents, combined with breathtaking furnishings that will make you want to stay here indefinitely. The first floor houses the exotic master bedroom, romantically designed in rich reds, touches of gold and wood, and a spa-worthy master bath featuring large whirlpool tub, a glass enclosed shower and a teak bead board double vanity. Plus the master has a walk-in closet and TV. A chef’s dream, this kitchen is appointed with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast table which seats six, and a butcher block island, which seats three. There is also a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The comfortably elegant living room is cleanly decorated in pale tones with subtle tropical touches, and has a stone-surround fireplace, a flat screen TV, DVD and stereo. The dining room, which seats eight, is adjacent and open to the den with TV, VCR, and sleeper sofa; plus there’s a full bathroom so that this room works for additional sleeping accommodations if the six bedrooms were somehow not enough. A delightful screened porch with vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan invites guests to enjoy the resplendent view of beautifully landscaped backyard, dark-bottom swimming pool and the meandering lagoon beyond. Upstairs are the remaining five bedrooms, all which have TVs, ample closet space, and all which are decorated in lovely hues, stylish furnishings and various bed configurations. Three rooms have twins, another has a California king (plus double vanity and shower in its bathroom), and the fifth upper bedroom has a queen-sized bed with wrought iron headboard, and bedding in pale blue and brown. Its fresh décor, stunning furnishings and inimitable attention to detail make this vacation home truly one-of-a-kind.
