Upstairs are two bedrooms. Awash in pale hues of sand and sage, the master enjoys a breathtaking vista of the water, with a private balcony for dolphin-watching. The master bath features a generous granite vanity, saturnia flooring and glass-door tub/shower combination.
The spacious second bedroom faces and views the colorful shops of Harbour Town, housing twin beds with scrolled iron headboards and covers in subtle red floral, plus a sleeper sofa and ceiling fan. Its private bath features a granite vanity and tiled shower.
