Full Description: This two story marshfront townhome is completely captivating from start to finish. Once through the gated courtyard entry, you are welcomed into the open, airy living room, with cathedral ceiling, which features inviting brown suede sleeper sofa and loveseat, a flat screen TV, plus DVD, VCR and internet access. The dining area features a lovely table for four, and there’s a wet bar with red tile counter and bar service nearby. New stainless steel appliances grace the charming kitchen, which also houses granite countertops, a flat cooktop and neutral-hued tile flooring. A washer and dryer are nearby as well.
Up the open staircase are two lovely bedrooms. With wicker furnishings, and in soothing hues of pale yellow with a palm motif, the master bedroom houses a king-sized bed, large TV and DVD, ceiling fan, and a vaulted, exposed-beam ceiling. A private balcony showcases the marsh view as well, breathtaking from this second floor height. His and her closets are featured, as is a private bath with fawn-toned granite vanity, a tile-surrounded tub/shower combination and brushed nickel fixtures.
Light-filled and soothing, the second bedroom is adorned with twin beds, wicker furnishings and a private balcony. Its bathroom is a mirror-image of the master’s, and is equally well-appointed.
With its dramatic marsh view and ideal location, just a short walk from the Harbour Town Yacht Basin with its shopping, dining and boating, this townhome is a vacationing haven. Here, you’ll also find the convenience of the Harbour Town Golf Links and the Sea Pines Racquet Club. There is an on-site swimming pool, and the beach is just a short bike ride away.
