Full Description: This is a residence you’ll wish you could just move right into! Every room has stylish furnishings and a relaxed sophistication. Wide-planked hardwood floors are found throughout the lower level, including the living room, featuring comfortable seating, a 52” flat screen TV and VCR, a vaulted ceiling with a tropical-blade ceiling fan, slate fireplace, internet access and sliding glass doors to the deck. A gourmet-quality kitchen boasts lovely granite countertops with two bars, each of which seats three. Stainless-steel appliances, a Sub Zero refrigerator, a prep sink and beautiful cabinetry with twisted-iron pulls, complete this kitchen of understated elegance. A dining area seating six is also part of the spacious room, which is simply primed for entertaining. Adjacent to this area is an oversized, tiled screened porch with tables and chairs, with its own vaulted ceiling and ceiling fans. This porch accesses the deck with swimming pool and whirlpool spa, set amidst palmettos and oaks. A family room, stocked with games and books, is another delightful living area with flat screen TV, DVD/VCR, cottage white walls, rattan-blade ceiling fan and white wicker furniture with nautical accents. The master suite is a haven in tranquil hues of brown and umber contrasting with the white four poster king-sized bed. Also the room has a TV, VCR and DVD. The master bathroom features saturnia flooring, a whirlpool tub with etched glass window, a granite double vanity, stone-walled shower, and oil-rubbed bronze fixtures. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, adorned in sky blue and white with subtle touches of yellow. This room has its own private bath with pedestal sink, stone tiled flooring and tub/shower. Another downstairs bedroom houses a king-sized bed, styled in brown and yellow, with TV, VCR, DVD, walk-in closet, also with a private bath and granite vanity. Ascending the wooden stairs is another bedroom with king-sized bed in wheat with bronze-hued accents, plus a TV and private bath with glass-enclosed shower and granite vanity. In terracotta and cream, the fifth bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, private bath with glass shower, granite vanity and saturnia flooring. Additionally, there is a generous laundry room with double sets of washers and dryers to accommodate large families.
